We hope you are delighted with your order. If you wish to return part or all your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Please note that we do not offer free returns, you are responsible for sending the item back. In order to qualify for a refund, returned items must be unused, within the original packaging and in perfect condition.
Please ensure all items are packaged sufficiently and securely. We recommend you return the items via tracked delivery, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will be processed via the payment method used at the time of order.
Return postage is at customer’s own cost and liability.
We aim to reimburse you promptly, but during busy times please allow up to 10 working days.
